How to make chicken pancake stuffing?
Wash the chicken fillet, cut into thin small strips. Peel the onion, rinse, and cut into thin half rings. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it over medium heat. Put the onion in a frying pan and fry for 2 minutes. Add the fillet pieces to the onion, fry for 5 minutes, do not forget to stir. Finely chop the greens (you can dill, parsley, cilantro - whatever you have at home), send it to the frying pan, and also add salt, dry basil, mix. By the time it is ready, the liquid that has not evaporated may remain in the pan - in this case, add a little flour and hold it on the stove for another 10-20 seconds. Let the filling cool down a little and stuff the pancakes with it.
