How to make chicken drumsticks quickly in a marinade of kvass wort with cherry?
1. Remove the skin from the chicken legs.
2. Fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil on each side for a minute over medium heat.
3. Then cover the pan with a lid and cook the chicken legs for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the legs.
4. For the sauce, mix the leavened wort, balsamic vinegar and thyme in a separate bowl.
5. Pour the sauce over the chicken legs, season with paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the washed whole cherries, stir and cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
