Cooking method
1. We form small tortillas from Nutella, spread them on parchment and send them to the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
2. In a bowl, sift flour with baking powder, add a pinch of salt and sugar.
3. To the dry ingredients, break the egg and pour warm milk, mix the dough with a whisk.
4. Pour the dough into a non-stick frying pan with a spoon, spread the Nutella tortilla, pour more dough on top of it.
5. Fry the pancakes on both sides until a beautiful golden color.
We serve it on the table in a warm form.
