Puff pastry puffs with mushrooms

Crispy puffs with cheese and mushroom filling are very tasty! There is nothing easier than cooking puff pastry from a ready-made dough. Of course, puff pastry can be prepared independently and it will certainly be even better, but, unfortunately, I absolutely do not have enough time for this. That's why I use the store version of puff pastry. And it turns out very tasty! A combination of cheese and mushrooms... Mmm, you'll lick your fingers!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 55 min

1. Fry champignons (or any other mushrooms) in butter, salt them in the process.

2. Hard cheese three on a coarse grater.

3. Roll out the dough, cut into equal squares.

4. In the center of each square we spread fried mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

5. Bend the edges of the dough to the center and fasten - envelopes are obtained. We spread them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

6. In a cup, lightly beat the egg (you can do this with a regular fork), lubricate the puffs on top with it.

7. Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for literally 10-15 minutes (until browned).
