- Rinse and clean the chicken necks and put them in a deep bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and add the coarsely chopped garlic. Fry it, stirring, and as soon as the garlic turns golden, add the necks to the pan. Lower the heat and cook them, turning occasionally, until they develop a rich, dark crust. While the necks fry, make the cheese sauce: in a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and sour cream, then add salt, pepper, and coarsely grated cheese and mix. Arrange the finished necks on a platter and serve hot with the cheese sauce and a cold beer. Enjoy!
