Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Sprinkle the slices of bread with a little olive oil on both sides and fry in a non-stick frying pan until lightly browned. Rub well one side of each toast with ginger (for flavor). Place in the oven or under the lid on the pan to keep warm.

Step 2:
In a bowl, mix the liver with dill, garam masala, salt and ground black pepper, making sure that the liver is well covered with spices. Heat the butter in a frying pan until foaming, add the spicy chicken liver and fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Then add grated ginger, dates and figs with balsamic vinegar and mix well. Cook for another minute.

Step 3:
Place the croutons on a serving plate. Put young lettuce leaves on top of each one. Place a quarter of the toasted liver, figs and dates on the salad. Pour the sauce from the pan and serve.

Bon appetit!
