Potato pancakes with meat

A great and hearty snack is sure to please you! Recently, in one of the new issues of the periodical about cooking, I found a very interesting culinary recipe for such food as potato pancakes with meat. Previously, I had to cook and, accordingly, try only ordinary potato pancakes. I decided to experiment, bought everything necessary for this dish and cooked it. It turned out very tasty.

We start by rubbing the peeled raw potatoes on a fine grater, add flour, egg, salt to it, mix everything well.

Then separately finely chop the meat and onion, add spices to it and mix again.

Now we put the finished potato mixture on a preheated frying pan with oil with a tablespoon, put the meat mass in the center of each tortilla and put the potato mixture on top again. In this way, fry all the draniki.
