Cooking method
Cut the meat and bacon into very small cubes.
Beat eggs, add salt, crushed pepper peas, crushed garlic, all spices. Add starch here in parts so that there are no lumps.
Mix meat, lard, beaten eggs into a homogeneous mass.
Take a piece of foil and spread the minced meat on it, forming a sausage. Then wrap it with foil like candy, closing the edges well. Continue like this until all the minced meat is used.
Now preheat the oven to 180C and bake the sausages on a baking sheet for about an hour, making sure that the juice does not flow out of them.
When the homemade sausage without guts is ready, just put it on a plate and serve it with any side dish or just like that. Sausage can be eaten both hot and cold.
