Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pasties with minced meat in the oven? Start cooking by kneading the dough. Prepare the products for him. Pre—sift the flour - this will not only remove possible debris, but also saturate it with oxygen, which will make the dough more airy.
Step 2:
How to make dough? Heat the water to 60 ° C — it should become noticeably hot. Pour it into a deep bowl. Beat the egg with a fork in a small cup. Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush. Pour the egg into the water. Add salt. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Pour baking powder into the flour. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Start pouring the flour into the egg and water in portions, stirring with a fork after each addition. First, knead the dough with a fork, when it becomes thick, continue kneading with your hands.
Step 5:
Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. It should become homogeneous and stop sticking to your hands, but at the same time remain soft. Cover the dough with a film and let it lie for 10 minutes. During this time, the flour will finally absorb all the liquid, gluten will develop in it, which is responsible for the elasticity of the dough — it will be easier to work with it.
Step 6:
While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Prepare the products for her. Minced meat for chebureks is suitable from any meat, I have veal. You can take a purchased one or make it at home yourself. You can take a larger amount of onions, to taste.
Step 7:
Peel and chop the onion in any way, I grated it. Add the onion to the minced meat, add salt and spices to taste. I took ground black pepper. Pour in a little cold water — it will make the filling juicier. Knead the minced meat well. It should turn out to be watery. The filling is ready.
Step 8:
Roll the leftover dough into a sausage on the desktop. Cut it into equal parts. (I first divided the whole dough in half, and already each half into 4 parts — it turned out 8 chebureks). Roll out each part into a thin round tortilla.
Step 9:
Put the minced meat on one half of the workpiece, level it with a thin layer. Leave a centimeter of free space on the edge.
Step 10:
Cover the filling with the second half of the dough. Pinch the edge of the cheburek with a fork. Similarly, make chebureks from the whole dough.
Step 11:
Put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I got 3 chebureks, the rest I baked the next time. Beat the egg with a fork, brush the chebureks with it on top. You can sprinkle them with sesame seeds, the rest I made already with him.
Step 12:
Bake the pasties in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 13:
Remove the finished pasties from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
