Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make an apple pie Bavarian pie? Prepare the products. First for the test. Pre-sift the flour, this will not only remove possible debris, but also saturate it with oxygen, which will make the baking more airy. Take high-quality and natural oil, without vegetable additives. Pre-remove it from the refrigerator, the oil should become soft.
Step 2:
How to make dough? Take a large bowl, put soft butter in it, add sugar. You can add vanilla to taste. Using a fork, rub them until smooth. It is not necessary to use a mixer at all, it is enough just to mix the products.
Step 3:
Add flour to the butter. I advise you not to pour out all the flour at once, add two thirds first and look further along the consistency of the dough. Mix the butter with the flour, you should get a homogeneous and non-sticky mass. If it seems to you that the dough is a little dry, add a couple of spoonfuls of cold water to it.
Step 4:
Take a suitable baking dish. I have silicone, 22 cm. To make it easier to take the cake out of the mold, I put two strips of baking paper on the bottom. Plucking pieces from the dough, lay out the bottom and sides of the mold with them, kneading it with your fingers to a thin layer. Put the cake preparation in the refrigerator while the filling is being prepared.
Step 5:
Prepare the filling. Prepare the products for her. Take cream cheese for desserts, without additives. Mascarpone will do well. It is better to take jam with a slight sourness, so that it will shade the sweetness of the cream. I have cranberry. The jam should be seedless. To taste, you can add vanilla to the filling, I did not add it.
Step 6:
How to make the filling? Put the cheese and sugar in a bowl. Beat them with a mixer until smooth. Without stopping whipping, add one egg at a time. It will be more convenient to do this by first breaking them into a separate bowl. Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush. Beat until smooth and smooth.
Step 7:
Prepare the products for apple topping. Apples may need both more and less than four. I have a medium size, take 3 large ones, 5 small ones. I took brown sugar, it gave the topping a caramel taste. But the usual white will do. Instead of almond petals, you can take any nuts.
Step 8:
Wash the apples, cut into quarters and remove the middle with the seeds. Cut off the peel. Cut the apples into small pieces. Add sugar and cinnamon to them, mix well. You can reduce the amount of cinnamon to your liking or not use it at all.
Step 9:
Take the cake out of the refrigerator. Spread it with a thin layer of jam.
Step 10:
Pour the cream filling on top, smooth it with a spatula.
Step 11:
Place the apples evenly on the filling.
Step 12:
Sprinkle the apples with almond petals.
Step 13:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the pie for 60-75 minutes until golden brown. Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. Cool the finished cake completely and only then remove it from the mold. The stacked strips of paper helped me a lot.
Step 14:
Cut the pie into portions and serve to the table. You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
Any heat-resistant form is suitable for this recipe. If you use a silicone mold, then you do not need to smear it with butter or margarine. But it is better to lightly lubricate metal, ceramic or glass dishes with vegetable oil so that the baking does not burn.
