Cooking method
We start cooking with kneading the dough, then he will need time to rest. In a deep bowl, sift the flour, pour milk into it with a thin stream, add salt and knead the dough. It turns out to be quite steep, but plastic.
We leave the dough in the film at room temperature for 40 minutes, and in the meantime we are engaged in filling. Its basis is minced meat, you can take absolutely any. Buy ready-made is a great option, but you can do it yourself, because there are no ready-made semi-finished products from some types of meat.
Today we are preparing a chicken coop with minced lamb, we will not pass it through a meat grinder, we will cook chopped. A piece of meat is washed, dried and cut into very small pieces, then with a sharp knife we chop them mixed with fat fat to the state of minced meat.
Peel the onion, wash it and chop it as small as possible. Add to the minced meat, mix. Raw potatoes are also peeled, washed and cut into small cubes. Add to the minced meat and onion. Add salt, ground pepper and, if you want, other favorite spices. Mix the filling until it is as homogeneous as possible.
While the filling was being prepared, the dough managed to fit well. We separate a ball with a diameter of about 3 cm from it, roll the rest into a large circle on a table dusted with flour. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and put a circle of dough on it.
We spread the filling on the dough so that from each edge there are up to 3-4 free centimeters for wrapping. We pinch off a small ball from the remaining dough, roll out the rest into a circle and put it in the middle of the filling. We wrap the edges of a large circle and connect them with a small one. In the middle we make a hole and cover it with the remaining small ball. Through this hole, you can add broth or milk to the almost ready chicken coop to make it more tender, but this is optional.
Bake the chicken coop in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, determine readiness by golden crust. We serve it hot.
Bon appetit!
