Rinse the chicken legs under running water and dry with a paper towel. Pour boiling water over the lemon and cut into rings. Add salt, ground black pepper and lemon rings to the chicken legs, mix, trying to squeeze as much juice out of the lemon as possible. It is not necessary to marinate for a long time, only about 5-7 minutes.
Step 3:
Cut pieces of foil 20-25 cm in length, put chicken legs in the center of each piece of foil (two pieces per serving). Lubricate the foil, no need!
Step 4:
Wrap each piece of foil like an envelope: first - on top and bottom, then - on the sides. Put the envelopes on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven, bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees, about 30-35 minutes.
Step 5:
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and unfold each foil envelope so that the chicken legs can brown in the future. Bake in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Baked chicken legs are tender, with a light citrus aroma.
Step 6:
Due to the fact that the meat is baked in foil and the juice does not flow anywhere, the legs turn out very juicy. If you send such meat in foil to the refrigerator, this juice will turn into a tender meat jelly.
Step 7:
Pasta, mashed potatoes and of course fresh vegetables and herbs are perfect for this meat. Try it, chicken legs baked in foil in the oven turn out very tasty!
