Step 1:
We choose ripe tomatoes that are not big, we wash them well!
Step 2:
Cut in half and remove the stalk.
Step 3:
We spread it on a grate covered with parchment.
Step 4:
Two kilograms of sliced tomatoes are included on a regular standard grill.
Step 5:
Lubricate them with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and sugar to your taste.
Step 6:
We put the grill in a slightly open oven preheated to 90-100 degrees! Let's dry tomatoes for 5-6 hours.
Step 7:
Try tomatoes for salt.
Step 8:
Garlic is passed through the press.
Step 9:
In sterile jars, layer by layer, we transfer dried tomatoes with garlic and dried herbs, if necessary, add salt.
Step 10:
Add olive oil to the tightly packed tomatoes, so that there is no air in the jar! Fill to the brim!
Step 11:
Close tightly with a sterile lid. You can store it at home.
