Cooking method
1. Grate the lemon zest.
2. Cut the lemon into 8 pieces.
3. Chop the greens.
4. Pass garlic through a garlic press.
5. Mix the zest, herbs, garlic, vegetable oil, pepper, salt.
6. Rub the legs with this mixture.
7. Put the legs, pieces of butter, lemon slices on a baking sheet and pour in a little water.
8. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
