Cottage cheese balls in the oven

Delicious, golden, lush delicacy - it's impossible to resist! These balls are made on the basis of cottage cheese, without the addition of oil. They turn out to be quite light, not too high in calories. But this does not make them lose their taste, but rather the opposite. Try it!

We put the cottage cheese in a bowl, break an egg into it, add salt and sugar. We arm ourselves with a blender and mix everything into a paste-like mass.

Sift flour with baking powder into the mass, knead the dough. There is no need to achieve a steep dough - it should be soft and a little sticky.

With wet hands, roll up the balls and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 180 degrees. The baking time is about half an hour.
