Cooking method
Wash the apples, cut into slices, removing the seed pods. We send the peeled apples into a saucepan, add sugar and cinnamon, pour in a little water (literally a glass) and boil over low heat for about 10 minutes.
We throw the apples on a sieve, let the water drain.
Now grind the apples with a blender to a puree-like consistency.
We distribute the finished gruel in a thin layer in a baking dish or on a baking sheet and send it to the oven, preheated to 100 degrees. Dry the pastille with the oven door open for 3-4 hours. Readiness can be checked by appearance - the pastille should be glossy and not stick at all, it is easy to move away from the shape.
Roll the apple pastille into rolls and treat your family!
