How to make pancake pie with chicken and Snail mushrooms?
Prepare 10 pancakes according to any recipe. For the filling, cut the onion into a small cube and fry in vegetable oil until golden. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into plates. Add the chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry until the mushrooms are ready. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add the toasted fillet to the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste and add finely chopped dill. Our filling is ready.
Prepare our baking dish and start forming the cake. Put 1-2 tablespoons of filling on the edge of the pancake and roll it into a tube. Put our pancakes in a snail-shaped mold. To pour 2 eggs into a bowl, beat them lightly with a fork and add cream, a little salt and pepper. Fill our snail with filling, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
