1. Pour flax seeds into a bowl, fill with cold water. You need to take about 200 ml of water, this is one glass. We leave it for about an hour. In the meantime, we will prepare other ingredients.
2. Peel the onion, cut it arbitrarily. My tomato, cut into a couple of pieces. Garlic is peeled from the husk. Carrots are cleaned, grated. The leaves of curly cabbage are washed under running water.
3. In a food processor or blender bowl, put the onion, cabbage, tomato and garlic. Grind.
4. Transfer the resulting mass to a bowl. We also pour sunflower seeds, chia, flax seed and thistle here. Add cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Mix it up.
5. Add a little olive oil, grated carrots, mix again.
6. The baking sheet is lined with parchment. We spread the vegetable mass with seeds on it. Leveling up. The layer should not be thick, but also not too thin.
7. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 60 degrees. Bake for 5-6 hours, depending on the type of oven.
8. Then cut the crispy layer into squares without waiting for cooling. The cooled layer will not cut beautifully. For slicing, it is convenient to use a knife-wheel designed for pizza.
Crispy vegetable crackers with seeds are served with tea or coffee. They can be supplemented with hard cheese or any other to taste.
