Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products.
Step 2:
I put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and walnuts, crushed into crumbs. I mix everything up and grind it with a fork. I add washed raisins and quite a bit of cream. I mix it again and set it aside.
Step 3:
I wash the apples well, wipe and carefully cut out the core so as not to damage the bottom of the apple, I make an incision with a knife crosswise from above.
Step 4:
I put the filling in the prepared apples.
Step 5:
I put them in a baking tray, pour 4 tbsp.put a spoonful of water in a baking tray and put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 50 minutes, depending on the oven.
Step 6:
While the apples are baking, I whisk the cream, for this I pour cold cream into a cool container, whisk until thick and then add powdered sugar and whisk a little more until stable peaks.
Step 7:
I take the finished apples out of the oven, let them cool down a little.
Step 8:
Cooled apples can be seasoned with syrup, jam, honey or whipped cream.
You can bake any apples, but autumn varieties are better (they have a hard skin), and they will retain their shape when baking. It is better to use medium-sized apples, since large ones bake longer.
