Cooking method
1. We take chicken fillet, if desired, you can use chicken with bones. Thoroughly rinse and cut into small pieces.
2. Chop the onion with a blender or meat grinder and add it to a saucepan with chicken.
3. We wash and sterilize the cans very well, I like to do it in the microwave or steamed.
4. Mix the chicken with onion, salt and pepper.
Put bay leaf and pepper peas on the bottom of the jars.
We lay the meat on top, then we put the fat on top.
5. We cover the jars with lids, without gum and put them in a cold oven. Gradually increase the temperature to 170-180 degrees and cook, depending on the volume of the jar, 2.5-3 hours.
6. Roll up the lids and put them in a warm place until they cool down.
