Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

You and I will need: drying, milk, a little cottage cheese, egg and granulated sugar.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Drying put in a deep container.A little bit about the dryers themselves: it is better to buy small ones, and most importantly, if possible, not covered with any glaze. These will be soaked in milk faster and better.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

And so, we fill our dryers with milk and leave them to soak for 15-20 minutes. This time is indicated in the recipe, but the drying is different and the main thing is not the time, but that they are completely soaked.Unfortunately, my drying was coated and it took me 30-40 minutes.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

And while our dries are getting wet, we calmly take the cottage cheese and put it in a bowl. Add granulated sugar and break the egg in the same place.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Then - cottage cheese, granulated sugar and egg mix well until smooth.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

We have plenty of time and we slowly light the oven...We take a baking sheet and cover it with baking paper or parchment. For my 150 grams of dryers, I needed a baking sheet of about 29 by 43 cm - these are internal measurements.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

And so our dryers are soaked with milk and we put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. It is advisable not to drip milk on paper in places free from drying.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Now we take the curd mass with a teaspoon and fill the middle of the driers.I took it on the tip of a spoon, so the mass slipped off faster.....Having filled all the drying, we send our baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. And bake for about 10 -15 minutes at a temperature of 200 gr.Attention The time depends on your oven.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

And finally - we put the finished cheesecakes on a plate ... and have a nice tea party....Or you can just with milk.!!!

The cooking time mainly depends on the soaking of the dryers, I indicated the largest. And also - I made sure that the drying did not stick together during soaking. Perhaps because of the glaze they tried to do it.
