-First you need to melt margarine in a water bath or in a microwave oven, after which it must be cooled.
-In a bowl, carefully mix sugar, cooled melted butter, vanilla and eggs. In the resulting mass, it is necessary to gradually introduce wheat flour and baking powder, then knead the steep dough.
-Divide the pie dough into two unequal parts. Put the smaller one aside.
- The second part of the dough should be evenly placed in the prepared form, put jam on top, smooth with a spoon.
- Roll out the smaller part of the dough into thin strips and lay it on top of the fruit jam (You can roll it out with a rolling pin and cut into strips). Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes. I got 3 small pies for the entire amount of dough, the photo is shown below, you can make one pie. The dough according to this recipe turns out to be very tasty, it can also be used in the preparation of juicier!
