Pumpkin-rice casserole with tomatoes

Step-by-step cooking
Diced bell pepper.
In slightly salted water, boil the rice, then mix it with grated pumpkin (use a medium grater).
Put the onion in olive oil. Add to the pumpkin.
Mix chopped pepper and herbs with the main mass.
Season everything with pepper, salt, add spices and mix.
Put in a baking dish.
Beat sour cream with eggs, add salt and pour over the casserole.
Put tomato mugs on top, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for half an hour at 200 degrees.
When it's ready, hold the casserole in the oven off for another 15 minutes.
Arrange on plates and serve.
