Cut dried apricots (one handful) into small pieces. If you want, you can take more dried apricots.

Mix eggs with cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, baking powder, softened margarine, orange peel and dried apricots.

Adding flour, knead the dough, which will turn out soft. Look at the dough, because you can take either more or less flour.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Mix sugar and vanilla sugar separately.

Stick balls of dough a little larger than a walnut in size, roll in the dusting.

Put all the balls on a baking sheet covered with paper and flatten slightly on top.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
