Custard pies with ham and peas with heat from the heat are not just food, but a real delicious! The culinary recipe of these delicious hearty pies was given to me by a friend who is well acquainted with Polish cuisine. How to cook them? First, let's do the test. For him, I mix 3/4 cup of water with margarine, add a little salt and bring the mixture to a boil. When it boils, I add flour and soda. I cook a little over low heat. Then I add fresh chicken eggs and knead the dough. The baking sheet should be greased with melted fat and sprinkle with wheat flour a little. I make a sausage out of the custard dough, cut it into identical pieces, from which I then roll balls. I put the dough balls on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Try not to open the oven during their baking, so that the balls do not settle!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

In order for the oven to have time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).

Now let's prepare the filling for the pies. I combine green peas with finely chopped smoked ham. I fry the flour, dilute it with water and boil it a little. Then I add grated cheese, yolk, fresh sour cream and salt to taste. I mix the resulting mixture with ham and peas. I cut off the top of the baked balls with a sharp knife, fill the holes with stuffing, close the cut lids from the dough and keep them in the oven for 5 minutes. They can be decorated with greenery on top. The pies are ready!
