Cooking method
I read this culinary recipe of Estonian cookies in some book. I really liked the picture. The cookies looked beautiful and at the same time very tasty. Such cookies can be prepared for the holiday, as well as for children on weekdays. Their elegant appearance will not leave anyone indifferent.
Piparkook cookies are prepared as follows:
Take the margarine for baking and whisk it. Then add to it ammonium and soda, which, before adding, must be diluted in water. Then put cinnamon, pepper, carmadon, ginger, favorite ingredient and nutmeg, burnt sugar. Mix everything well. Add flour and knead the dough. on the table is a layer whose thickness is 3 mm. Cut out all kinds of shapes from it. You can use special molds. Put them on a moistened baking sheet. Bake cookies "Piparkook" at a temperature of 220 degrees. After the cookies are ready, take them out of the oven, cool a little and paint them with proteins, which are pre-whipped with sugar.
Bon appetit!
