Milkshake with dates

Nutritious cocktail with dates and bananas - try it. Analyzing a huge number of old recipes recently, I found a dozen interesting and forgotten cocktails, which I now share with you. These cocktails are great for dietary nutrition. I had them at one time as an afternoon snack.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

1. Pour the dates with warm water and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Then drain the water, remove the seeds from the dates.
3. Pre-cooled bananas to peel and cut into pieces.
4. Puree bananas with dates with a blender until smooth.
5. Pour in the cooled milk and beat well again.
