Cooking method
1. Pour the dates with warm water and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Then drain the water, remove the seeds from the dates.
3. Pre-cooled bananas to peel and cut into pieces.
4. Puree bananas with dates with a blender until smooth.
5. Pour in the cooled milk and beat well again.
