Cooking method
1. Take a medium-sized bowl. Add oat flakes, chia seeds and crushed cocoa beans to it, mix.
2. Pour in soy milk and maple syrup, mix again. Then cover the bowl with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Time has passed - spread the porridge on serving plates. If the porridge is thick, and you want it thinner, add more soy milk.
4. Pour muesli on the porridge, put the previously peeled grapefruit and berries. After that, immediately serve a delicious dish to the table.
