Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make roast pork with potatoes in the oven? Prepare the products. You can take any pork, but a piece with a small amount of fat is best suited here. If the meat has been pre-frozen, put it in the refrigerator for defrosting or defrost it in the microwave. Wash and dry the vegetables.
Step 2:
Turn on the oven to warm up to a temperature of 200 degrees. Rinse the meat, dry it and cut it into a medium cube. Put the pieces of meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and mix. You can also use your favorite spices and seasonings. Grease the baking dish with butter and put pieces of pork in it. Pour in some water.
Step 3:
Put the meat pan in a hot oven and bake for 20 minutes. Pork should be almost ready.
Step 4:
Remove the meat from the oven, do not turn it off yet. Put mustard in the meat, mix thoroughly. You can take any mustard at your discretion.
Step 5:
Peel the carrots, cut them into strips. I prefer this kind of slicing, but you can cut it into slices, medium cubes or grate it on a coarse grater. Put the carrots in a baking dish with the baked meat.
Step 6:
Peel the onion and finely chop it. Add onions to pork and carrots.
Step 7:
Cut the tomato into a large cube. You can first remove the skin from it. Add the tomato to other products.
Step 8:
Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Add it to the mold with meat and vegetables. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper on top.
Step 9:
Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into slices, cubes or large cubes. Spread the potatoes on top of the vegetables so that they are completely covered. Season the potatoes with a little salt and pepper.
Step 10:
Put everything back in the hot oven and bake on a medium level for 40-50 minutes, until the potatoes are ready.
Step 11:
Remove the pan with the roast from the oven, mix and arrange on plates.
Step 12:
Serve to the table. Bon appetit!

Note that the quality and taste of the finished dish largely depends on the proper defrosting of the ingredients. How to avoid mistakes and choose the best way, read the article about defrosting.
