- It's really simple:
- crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk;
- grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and add it to the eggs;
- pour in the milk and stir;
- wash the broccoli and separate it into florets;
- grease a skillet with olive oil, pour in the egg mixture, and gently arrange the broccoli on top;
- set the skillet over medium heat, cover with a lid, and cook for 7-10 minutes;
- wash the parsley and dill, pat dry with paper towels, and chop finely;
- portion out the casserole and sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
