Hot Fried Rolls with Salmon and Cheese
Unusual and delicious in a whole new way! A new recipe for fans of Japanese food. We used to order sushi rolls in all the time, but now I make them myself with this recipe. If you like, add a slice of cucumber or avocado. Serve with pickled ginger and soy sauce. Make this delicious dish and see for yourself!

- Rinse and cook the rice over low heat for 5 minutes. Let it cool, then stir in the vinegar, sugar, and salt. 2. Lay a sheet of nori on the sushi mat, smooth side down, and spread the rice over it with your fingers, leaving the side edges bare. 3. Down the center of the rice layer, lay the sliced fish fillet and the cream cheese. 4. Roll up the roll and cut it into 8 pieces. Top each with a slice of hard cheese. 5. Bake the rolls in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes. Once the cheese on top has melted, the rolls are ready.
