  • Today we're making a very wholesome zucchini dish: 1. For the puree, it's best to use young zucchini with thin skin. If your zucchini is older, wash it and peel off the skin and seeds. Peel the apple too. 2. Cut the zucchini and apple into cubes or rounds, not too small. 3. Put everything in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and put the lid on. 4. Cook the puree for 10–15 minutes over medium heat. 5. Blend the fruit-and-vegetable mixture until it reaches a smooth, paste-like consistency.
