Today we will cook a very healthy zucchini dish:
1. To make mashed potatoes, it is better to use young zucchini with a thin skin.
If you have old zucchini, then we wash them and peel them from the peel and seeds. Apples also need to be cleaned.
2. Cut zucchini and apples into cubes or circles, not very finely.
3. Put all the products in a saucepan and pour cold water and close the lid.
4. Cook the puree for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
5. Beat the fruit and vegetable mixture with a blender until a pasty consistency is obtained.
