If you want to pamper your loved ones with delicious food or surprise your guests with an unusual salad, then a culinary recipe for a salad with ham is presented to your attention.
First, we will prepare homemade noodles for our salad.
Mix flour, egg, salt and water in a separate bowl. Knead the dough. The dough should be quite steep. Then let the dough stand for half an hour. To do this, it is best to cover it with a damp cloth. Then, lay the dough on a flat surface, pre-coated with dry flour. Roll it out and cut the noodles. After that, the noodles need to be dried a little.
Let's take a pot of water, salt it, boil it and put our noodles in boiling water. Boil it until ready and put it in a colander. The noodles for the salad are ready, now let's leave it to cool.
When the noodles cool down, put them in a salad bowl and sprinkle with vinegar, vegetable oil. Finely chop the green onion and add it to the noodles.
Next, scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them from the peel and seeds. Cut them into small slices and attach them to the noodles.
If the ham is greasy, then remove the fat layer from it, and cut the meat layers into cubes and put them in a salad. Finely chop the garlic and send it there.
Now it remains only to add paprika, salt everything to taste and mix well.
