Cut chicken meat into small pieces. Pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil into the pan, and fry the mushrooms on it for about 2-3 minutes until they darken. We send the mushrooms to a bowl with chicken meat.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce - lime juice, soy sauce, chili, vinegar and oil. All this is very well mixed or whipped with a whisk. Pour two thirds of the sauce over the warm chicken and mushrooms. Spread the lettuce leaves on a flat dish, and pour them with the remaining sauce. Spread the chicken with mushrooms on top with a slide. Decorate with sprigs of greenery or slices of fresh tomato. We serve it warm on the table.
