  • Rinse the Napa cabbage leaves, pat them dry, and cut them into small strips. Put the cabbage in a salad bowl and scrunch it with your hands. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Crack open the can of tuna, drain off the excess liquid, and add the tuna to the bowl. Make the dressing: combine the vegetable oil, soy sauce, and pepper, stir thoroughly, and dress the salad with it. If you like, garnish the finished salad with fresh herbs.
