I really like dumplings with cottage cheese. And if you, like me, are often too lazy to knead dough, make dumplings and have no time, then you will like this recipe =)

Take cottage cheese and add two eggs to it. If the cottage cheese is dry and the eggs are not large, then another egg may be needed. Mix well and add sugar. Pour in a little more than half and try. If you like it sweeter, pour out the rest.
You can add vanilla for flavor.
Then add flour and knead the dough. I divide it into two or three parts, so that it would be more convenient and roll out into a rocking chair with a width of no more than 2 fingers.
Then cut into pieces 0.5-0.7 cm wide on the rocking chair.
Then throw them into boiling salted water and turn down the heat. It is important not to overcook!
As soon as the dumplings have surfaced, we mark 1-2 minutes and take them out. Add butter and serve with sour cream.
