Potato pies fried in a frying pan

Excellent potato pies like in grandma's kitchen! In a fast, no matter how long it is, there is no tastier and more popular food than this – fried pies with potatoes. If there is no possibility, I usually buy yeast dough in the store and, having made a filling from potatoes, fry pies. But this culinary recipe is special. Try it, you'll like it! However, it is not quite suitable for those who fast according to all the rules.

To make dough for pies, mix cottage cheese with eggs, salt, sugar and soda to get a homogeneous consistency. Add flour here. Knead thoroughly so that the dough turns out to be quite elastic. When we have thoroughly kneaded the dough, we will divide it into balls of the same size.
And now, attention, the filling! Boil the potatoes and make a puree out of them, where we add not only chopped greens. I like to add more ground pepper here, and also – fried onions in sunflower oil, yes more! We will put the filling on the dough, rolled into circles, depending on your preference. I personally love it when pies are a solid filling! And we will form pies. It is possible – round, and it is possible and long. Fry them in vegetable oil. I am sure that when you fry the pies according to this recipe, you will like it. After all, they are terribly tasty and soft, and you can cook them in a matter of minutes.
