I cut the fish for this culinary recipe into fillets, removing the skin and bones.

Then I roll the fillet pieces in flour.

And fry in vegetable oil.

Leave on low heat for about 20 minutes.

At the very end, I add a pinch of salt, bay leaf and sugar to taste. Fried fish is placed in a beautiful dish and, if desired, I pour marinade, although the marinade can be served separately in a small saucer.
