Cooking method

Step 1:
Add the salt, sugar, and baking soda to the kefir and stir well.

Step 2:
Add the hard cheese and flour. Mix well.

Step 3:
Divide the dough into balls and roll each into a small round (you can fry them plain at this point). Add the filling—I used ham, but any cheese or filling you like works great. Pinch the edges shut and roll the flatbread out a little.

Step 4:
Fry in a preheated skillet on both sides over medium heat, covered with a lid. Enjoy, everyone!
