Knead the minced meat by adding the onion crushed in a blender, as well as pepper and salt to taste. Add one raw egg to the mass. Divide into 4 equal parts.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Break one egg into a bowl, beat it lightly. Pour into a completely flat plate.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Roll out one part of the minced meat thinly on a board sprinkled with flour, along the diameter of the frying pan in which the brizole will be prepared. Advice! 5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan. Transfer the minced meat tortilla to a plate with an egg, put it carefully on top of it. Then carefully move everything from the plate to the hot frying pan so that the egg is at the bottom and the minced meat is on top.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

After the egg base is browned, turn over the brizole and fry until tender.

  7. Step 7:

    Bon appetit, friends!
