Cooking method
Wash the pork belly, dry it and cut it along the entire length. Stuff the incisions with garlic, season the meat with salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 40 minutes.
Put the brisket on a sheet of foil and put it in the oven on a baking sheet, preheated to 200C. The meat will be baked for about 1 hour. Pork brisket can be served both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
