Pork Rolls with Cheese in Fruit-and-Mushroom Sauce

Cut the 1 kilogram (about 2 lb) of pork into thin slices roughly 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick.

Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the skillet and stir everything together.

Pour 150 milliliters (about 2/3 cup) of boiled water into the skillet.
