Cooking method

Step 1:
Peel the potatoes and onion and grate them. I don't drain the grated potatoes.

Step 2:
Stir together all the ingredients except the flour. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes so the semolina can swell, then stir in the flour.

Step 3:
Fry until golden brown in a well-heated skillet.

Serve with sour cream. Enjoy!
