Step 1:
Grate the peeled potatoes on a medium grater.
Step 2:
Add finely grated onion along with onion juice / for juiciness/, mix it up.
Step 3:
Add egg, sifted flour, mix.
Step 4:
Add finely chopped sausage and sausage, mix.
Step 5:
Add finely chopped favorite fresh herbs, add salt and pepper to taste, mix.
Step 6:
Fry in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 7:
Put hot draniki on a paper napkin to remove excess fat and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
