How to make Hedgehogs from minced chicken with rice? Hedgehogs with rice are very much loved in our family, and therefore I cook them quite often. This culinary recipe includes chicken, which makes it attractive for fans of dietary nutrition.
Boil the rice until half cooked. From the chicken fillet, make minced meat by rolling the meat through a meat grinder. Add salt, ground black pepper to taste. Fry the finely chopped onion in butter and put it in the minced meat. Beat in the egg and knead the minced meat with your hands. Put them in an oiled form with high walls. Mix sour cream with soy sauce, season with chopped garlic, add finely chopped fresh herbs (dill, parsley, basil, oregano). Fry the flour over medium heat in a frying pan without oil, dilute it with broth and add sour cream here. Stir well, simmer for about a minute. Then pour the resulting sauce over the meat balls and put them in the oven, preheated to 170 degrees for about half an hour. Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe.
Such food goes well with a variety of side dishes.
