Dilute milk with cold water in a ratio of 1:1. Add chicken eggs and mix well. In wheat flour, we introduce a milk – egg mixture, salt and add vegetable oil.
Mix the pancake batter components well. In a preheated frying pan, greased with oil (only once), bake 15 pancakes, frying on both sides.
And this is a delicious curd filling for pancakes. Mix cottage cheese with condensed milk, sprinkled with ground cinnamon and vanilla. The detachable baking dish is greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. We put pancakes in layers in it, generously greasing with cottage cheese filling. Beat the egg with sugar and pour this mixture over the top of the pie. We send it to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 40 minutes.
