Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Defrost puff pastry in advance. Boil the rice. The cooking time is 30 minutes (I have rice in bags, the cooking time may vary depending on the type of rice, see the instructions on the package).
Step 2:
While the rice is cooking, boil the beans in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Step 3:
Fry the onion in a frying pan, add the beans, cook for another 5 minutes, transfer to a bowl and cool.
Step 4:
Mash the fish with a fork, remove the bones. finely chop the greens and beat the eggs. Add boiled rice, fish, and herbs to the beans. Mix everything, pepper to taste. Pour in the eggs and combine everything.
Step 5:
Cut the dough into 2 parts (one slightly larger than the other). Roll out a large one and place it on a baking sheet. Distribute the filling evenly. Close with a second layer of dough, pinch the edges and lubricate with yolk (you can just use water). Turn on the oven to warm up in advance (10-20 minutes). Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Step 6:
Finita! Bon appetit!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
