Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
1. Took bacon TM "Outskirts". Not obligatory. Just my choice.
Step 2:
2. Cut the bacon. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

3. Wash, dry, chop the greens.

4. Combine eggs with sour cream and softened butter. Mix with a whisk until smooth.

5. Add flour, baking powder, salt, beat everything into a fluffy mass.

6. Add bacon, cheese, herbs. Mix it up.

7. Grease the molds with a small amount of butter, lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs (optional).

8. Crackers are not necessary, and if you do use them, then-fine "dust" of crackers.

9. Pour the egg mixture into the molds. Place them in a baking tray half filled with hot water and send them to a preheated 160 * oven for 20 minutes.
