Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Products for making tartlets dough. Flour must be pre-sifted. Butter or margarine should be from the refrigerator.
Step 2:
Drive eggs into a bowl with flour, add sour cream, stir thoroughly.
Step 3:
Then add oil, salt, ground black pepper and knead the dough until smooth.
Step 4:
Roll the finished dough into a ball easily. Tighten the dough with cling film, put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Step 5:
While the dough is maturing in the refrigerator, we prepare the products for the filling. Hard-boiled eggs, peeled from the shell. Crab sticks are defrosted, cleaned of plastic wrap. We sort through the greens, wash them, shake off the water from it. Garlic is peeled from the husk, my.
Step 6:
Chop crab sticks and boiled eggs into small cubes. Cut 1-2 sticks in half lengthwise, and then with stripes diagonally and set aside for decorating ready-made tartlets.
Step 7:
Chop the dill and a little parsley, leave a couple of twigs for decoration. If the cucumber has a hard skin, peel it off. Cut the cucumber into small cubes, squeeze out the juice and drain it, we don't need it in the salad.
Step 8:
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 9:
Preparing the filling for the filling. In a cup with mayonnaise (cream or sour cream), squeeze garlic through a press, add just a little salt (you can do without it, since mayonnaise is already salty, crab sticks and cucumbers are also), add freshly ground black pepper and chopped herbs.
Step 10:
In a deep dish, mix all the prepared ingredients. We taste it. We got a delicious salad. We will fill tartlets with them. We send the salad to the refrigerator for now.
Step 11:
After 40 minutes, we take the dough out of the refrigerator, divide it into several pieces. We roll out each piece into a layer 0.2-0.3 cm thick. We select a small saucer (lid, glass) with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the molds in which we will bake tartlets. We cut out circles of the same size for the stencil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 12:
We put each circle of dough into a mold, knead the dough along the bottom and sides of the mold. We put the molds on a baking sheet and send them to the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C until golden brown. Cool it down.
Step 13:
We extract ready-made tartlets from the molds. Here they are about half of the total number.
Step 14:
We take the ready salad out of the refrigerator and fill the tartlets with it. Decorate with greenery and specially left strips of crab sticks. We spread the tartlets stuffed with crab sticks on a large dish or tray. We treat guests and family!
