Cooking method
Cut the mushrooms, fry until tender, add salt.
Grind more than half of the meat in a meat grinder with onions, cut the rest into 1 cm pieces. Add salt.

Put half of the minced meat, press and pour half of the gelatin on top.
Lay out half of the filling, leave 2 cm on the sides without filling.
Carefully roll up the roll, tie it on the sides and into another layer of film. Put in boiling water for 1.5 hours, cool and cut.
